Juli Usmar

Juli trained as an architect, worked in the Warm Up New Zealand programme for EECA (Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority) , and was eco-designer for Kāpiti Coast District Council. She is interested in papakāinga and co-housing.

This depth and breadth of know-how makes Juli an ideal advisor for Warm Up Ōtaki.

Plus, Juli is a guide at Zealandia eco-sanctuary, so basically she knows all about healthy habitats for humans AND other species.
